Today I baked this rhubarb cheese cake without a bottom and found it delicious.
ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 150 g of sugar
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g of flour
- 40 g of gries
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 500 g rhubarb
- 2 apples
preparation
Cut rhubarb and apples into pieces and mix with the above ingredients or top up as I did.
Bake for about 40 minutes at about 170 degrees.
