Apricots and coconut almond cake

The recipe for this apricot cake I recently found in a booklet and tried it, something changed, immediately tried.
The result was a very delicious, loose and juicy apricot cake, which was eaten very quickly! I had to bake it again, this time with small sugar apricots, very wonderful!
Ingredients for a 28 cm springform
For the dough
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- Cup of a lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of flour
- ½ pck of baking soda
- 50 g of grated coconut

- 650 to 700 g apricots
