ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 250 ml of cream
- Prosciutto
- A little milk
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Parmesan

Step 1 :
you chop the broccoli and then blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes in the boiling and salted water (if you want to eat the stalk you can stay longer in the water)
2nd step:

3rd step:
