ingredients

  • 1 broccoli
  • 250 ml of cream
  • Prosciutto
  • A little milk
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Parmesan

Step 1 :


you chop the broccoli and then blanch the broccoli for 5 minutes in the boiling and salted water (if you want to eat the stalk you can stay longer in the water)

2nd step:

after 5 minutes you can take out the brooli and add the noodles to the broccoli water (the stalk can cook with it)


3rd step:

while cooking the noodles prepare her the cream sauce in a saucepan:

First you fry the ham slightly. Then you add the cream and depending on the milk. Now you season it with salt, pepper and a MINI pinch of nutmeg.


4th step:

after the cream sauce cooks well, you switch the pot to the lowest level and add the broccoli with plenty of Parmesan.

5th step:
