Cooking eggs: easy, fast and economical

Do I only need one egg, e.g. for breakfast, I put it, after I prepared my coffee with hot water, 4-5 minutes in the kettle. Finished! Two eggs go too.

minette61: Hello,

Personally, I am grateful for every saving tip and like to use them too. However, I think this tip is extremely questionable.

Because I use the kettle for many things. So for the quick coffee in between (otherwise in the coffee machine) for tea and often for the pasta water. To do this, I first put some water in the pot on the stove in the meantime, I let the water boil in the kettle and then pour it.

But I do not want to have leftovers from an egg or egg shell in my coffee, tea or pasta water. I do not find it very appetizing if not even questionable. Evidently on the eggshells are often the dangerous bacteria such as salmonella, etc.

It seems to me an egg cooker much healthier and more economical.
