Bake bread without a hard crust
I was always annoyed when my bread was crusted too hard. With a few tips from my girlfriend this does not happen anymore.
And I lightly spray the sides of the oven and dough with water. If I use grains, I soften them briefly in the water, because they withdraw moisture. In addition to the bread, I put a refractory bowl with a little water in the oven.
If the crust of the finished bread is still very hard, you can simply brush over the bread with moistened hands.
