My mother makes out of the dandelion flowers every year, honey. This tastes very good! To do the dandelion honey yourself, you need the following:
ingredients
- 300 g dandelion flowers
- 1 L of water
- 1 kg of sugar
- 1 organic lemon
preparation
- Boil flowers in water for 15 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and peel, let stand overnight, pour through a sieve, squeeze well.
- Continue to boil the liquid with the sugar, stirring constantly, and allow to cool until the mixture becomes viscous like honey.
- Fill in small glasses.
