Salmon pickling

Here is a nice recipe. I got that from a Russian colleague. They always make this salmon for holidays.

ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • Wash and chop 3 bunch dill

preparation

  1. Mix the whole thing. Then add half of the dill spice mixture to a frying tube.
  2. Then lay the salmon on the skin side down. Add the rest of the dill spice mix to the salmon.
  3. Close both ends well. The salmon must now rest in the fridge for two days. He has to be turned twice in the meantime.
  4. After removing the salmon from the stain, place it in cold water for 20 minutes. Then dab well and rub with oil.
  5. You can now slice the salmon thinly.
