Salmon pickling

Here is a nice recipe. I got that from a Russian colleague. They always make this salmon for holidays.
ingredients
- 5 tablespoons coarse salt
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
- Wash and chop 3 bunch dill
preparation
- Mix the whole thing. Then add half of the dill spice mixture to a frying tube.
- Then lay the salmon on the skin side down. Add the rest of the dill spice mix to the salmon.
- Close both ends well. The salmon must now rest in the fridge for two days. He has to be turned twice in the meantime.
- After removing the salmon from the stain, place it in cold water for 20 minutes. Then dab well and rub with oil.
- You can now slice the salmon thinly.
