Measure quantities even without scale
Measuring is also possible without a scale! Although there was a similar tip here some time ago, but this is not as extensive as this compilation.
In addition, here are also quantities for the various ingredients per serving / person for different dishes included, which can then, if you expect guests, easily convert to the required number of people.
For many years, I had these helpful tables (there are excerpts from an ancient newspaper) attached to a brochure cover on the inside of a door of my kitchen cabinet so that I can access them at any time - and they have helped me very often.
I have written down the two tables here, because the information in the photos are not quite as recognizable. I think these reviews will definitely be helpful for the one or the other / others!
