Measure quantities even without scale

Measuring is also possible without a scale! Although there was a similar tip here some time ago, but this is not as extensive as this compilation.

In addition, here are also quantities for the various ingredients per serving / person for different dishes included, which can then, if you expect guests, easily convert to the required number of people.

For many years, I had these helpful tables (there are excerpts from an ancient newspaper) attached to a brochure cover on the inside of a door of my kitchen cabinet so that I can access them at any time - and they have helped me very often.

I have written down the two tables here, because the information in the photos are not quite as recognizable. I think these reviews will definitely be helpful for the one or the other / others!

Measure quantities without scale:

1 cup *) 1 tablespoon *) 1 teaspoon *)
Flour 125 g 10 g 3 g
oatmeal 100 g 8 g
cornstarch 110 g 10 g 3 g
semolina 130 g 12 g
fine flour 125 g 10 g
sugar 180 g 15 g 4 g
legumes 170 g
rice 180 g 20 g
Margarine or butter 225 g 15 g
salt 15 g 5 g
oil 185 g 10 g
baking powder 3 g
8 tablespoons water = 125 ml *) each painted full

The cup information should be measured or weighed best, because cups can be very different in size!
