How to get freshly baked cake quickly cold

Sometimes you run out of time. At 16 o'clock the guests come for coffee, the cake is ready half an hour before. Steaming hot he comes out of the oven - how do you cool him quickly?

I easily solved this problem in the following way:

From the freezer I took a very large freezer element and put the cake out of the mold, but with the baking paper on it.

It worked out great, the cake was well cooled in half an hour and could be eaten.
