Fried egg rice with curry and vegetables - super easy

You need for 4 persons:

Basmati rice (loose)
1 pkg of buttered vegetables (TK)
4 eggs
a little butter
Soy sauce light or dark
3 teaspoons sesame oil

spices:
salt
Sweet or spicy paprika powder
pepper
Curry powder mild
Asian or Thai spice mix (but also goes without)
Chilli powder (but also without)
Herbs (TK, for example, Frosta "8 herbs")


Preparation:

1. The rice

Bring 3 cups of water (large 250 ml cups) to a boil in a saucepan. Add a pinch of salt. Now add 1 1/2 cups of basmati rice to the boiling water. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes at the lowest level.


Then put the rice in a hot pan with a little oil (do not use the sesame oil !!). Roast the rice well and add some soy sauce. Mix everything well and keep frying while seasoning.

2. The spices

Add salt, pepper, paprika, Asian or Thai spice and chilli powder (if available). Last, add the curry. Do not worry too sparingly with the spices, especially from the curry can be a lot of pure. For better mixing, occasionally add some butter to the rice (in addition, it raises the taste). Finally, add something of the frozen herbs. Let the rice fry on a small scale.


3. The finale

Now heat the frozen butter vegetables (in the microwave or in the pot). The 4 eggs in a pan to scrambled eggs and fry briefly.

Add the prepared butter vegetables to the rice, add eggs ... stir well and finally add 3-4 teaspoons of sesame oil to it - mix again - done!
