Flädlesuppe - pancake soup
ingredients
- 125 g of flour
- 1/4 l of milk
- 1 egg
- about 1 pinch of salt
- about 1 L broth
preparation
- Mix half of the milk with flour, egg and salt until the dough is thick and smooth. Then dilute it slowly with the remaining milk.
- Then bake the Flädle (gossamer) like pancakes.
- Cut the slices into narrow strips (not too long), pour over the boiling broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Finally, add some freshly chopped chives.
