Rose jam

ingredients
- 10 large roses (pink-scented)
- 5 cloves
- 600 g of sugar
- 1 L of water
- Lemon (4-5 drops)
?Preparation
- Remove the leaves from the roses, wash thoroughly.
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Then reduce the heat and add the rose petals with the cloves.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir until the sugar has dissolved and add a few drops of lemon.
- Cook for another 20 minutes. Pour jam into glass container and close.
