Strawberry-rhubarb jam

  • 2 l Rhubarb
  • 1 lb strawberry
  • 750 g gelling sugar 2: 1
  • Zironensaft
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles u. Advocaat


  1. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces, place in a large saucepan and cover with water. Cover with sugar and lemon juice and simmer for about 20 minutes. Leave to stand overnight.
  2. The next day, the clean and cut small strawberries. Gellier sugar and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Put the whole in hot rinsed glasses and put about 15 minutes on the head ready.

As a special kick, you can add a few eggnogs to the jars, or some eggnog for big lovers. Hmm delicious.
