Tomatoes with fillings

That I do not reinvent the wheel with this tip is absolutely clear, I do not want to. I just want to make the stuffed vegetables more suitable for everyday use and for beginners.

Take the following example situation: Single male meets single female. He has successfully invited them to home-cooked food and of course wants to make a big impression! ... but how do you do it?

The range of culinary herbs is limited to pepper and salt and in the fridge, the mice howl out their eyes. Vegetables in different versions are always well received by women (let's say so)!

And if you buy a little more, you have something for a restelasagne for a football evening with your buddies.

Ingredients for the stuffed tomatoes

  • 4-8 tomatoes
  • about 250 g minced meat
  • 250 ml of cream
  • light sauce binder
  • Hackbratenwürzung
  • 4 eggs
  • diced ham
  • Raspelkäse
  • Pepper salt
  • Instead of ham cubes also mushrooms, parsley or chives can be taken

preparation

If you've just bought a bit more hack, everything that is not needed for the tomatoes can be processed into a bolognese. This can then be covered once a weekend in terms of food planning.

Tomatoes with minced meat filling:

  1. Eat out tomatoes with a tablespoon and work carefully with the knife as far as possible.
  2. Season the minced meat as much as you like (pepper, salt, onions, egg, or a meatloaf bag) and fill in the tomatoes.
  3. I put the tomatoes in a casserole dish with the lid down.
  4. Mix 1/2 tsp of lunar amine with the cream and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
  5. With some cheese crumbs over it, also very delicious.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.

Tomatoes with scrambled eggs:

  1. Make ham scrambled eggs
  2. Fill tomatoes with it
  3. Put the lid on it
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. Instead of cooked ham mushrooms, parsley or chives can be used for scrambled eggs.

I wish all single males much success. Everyone else: Bon appetit!
