Honey for dandruff
My son unfortunately has a dandruff problem, but we got a good grip on it with the following method:
You take
- a scaly head
- Honey from the dispenser bottle
- maybe plastic gloves
- Plastic bag, shower cap or something similar
- Towels to cover and wrap
- Shampoo for washing
Spread the honey (not the whole bottle) on the scalp. Therefore also take a dispenser bottle, because with honey from the glass is very difficult and very doll pulls.
If you like, you can wear plastic gloves, but honey is also good for the skin. Then the plastic bag (or shower cap) comes on the head, towel and let it act.
The honey should now work for at least an hour, who likes, can also leave everything overnight. Caution: The honey starts to run when it warms up. Then wash your hair as normal.
We repeat everything about every 3 months. But is certainly head dependent.
