Cooking or baking time: 10 min.
Total preparation time: 20 min.
Who does not know that: You come home and ZERO Bock now have a wonderful treat to conjure. When I came home one lunchtime, I looked into my pantry and just got what I wanted.
Here is the recipe:
ingredients
- 1-2 packs of soymilk
- Vegetables (as much as you like, just fit in the pan :-)), I recommend spring onions and then peppers, carrots, etc.
- Far Eastern spices
- 1 pan (not too small, possibly coated)
- Oil (rapeseed oil or sesame oil)
preparation
- You cut the vegetables as you like, stripes, or cubes, your imagination knows no bounds!
- You put the spring onions in the pan with the heated oil.
- Let them fry briefly and gradually add the remaining vegetables.
- When everything was fried about 3-5 minutes, add the soymilk. You can also add a sip of (normal) milk to make it more fluid.
- Now taste the "stew" with the Far Eastern spices. I recommend turmeric, curry, Asian spice mixes.
- Boil the sauce as you like, remove it from the heat and pour it into a plate. Finished!
