Apple with sprinkles and vanilla ice cream

A super delicious and quickly prepared dessert - hot and ice - and well prepared.

Apple pie with crumble - without ground - as a dessert.

Ingredients for the crumble

  • 125 g of flour
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 75 g of butter
  • to crumble (you can do well with your hand)
  • possibly 2 tbsp coconut flakes or
  • gem. hazelnuts
  • Pinch of cinnamon - cold until it is needed

preparation

Slice 2 thick bosc apples and simmer in the microwave for 3-5 minutes with a little vanillin sugar and calvados (but do not have to). Lay out in a flat round casserole dish and sprinkle with crumble.


Approximately Bake hot air for 20 min at 175 ° C - the sprinkles need to get some color.

Enough for about 6 people, serve nicely on a dessert plate or a larger flat bowl with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream.
