Pizza rolls

Ingredients for 4-6 persons:

  • 2 packs of baguette rolls à 6 pieces
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 red, 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g salami
  • 200 g of ham
  • 250 g of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of cream
  • Salt, pepper, garlic, pizza spice

preparation

Halve the rolls, cut the mushrooms, onions and peppers. Likewise salami and ham. Put everything together with the cheese in a large bowl and mix well. Add the cream, ketchup and spices and mix. The mass should stick together nicely (not too dry).

Spread the mass on the halved rolls (preferably with a large spoon, about 1-2 cm thick). Bake at 180 degrees in the oven for about 15 minutes (until the cheese has melted).
