Tomato pan: Menemen

Anyone who has a greenhouse in the garden and has planted tomatoes knows the "problem" that there are many at one time. So here's a tip with delicious ripe tomatoes:

1 onion
1 or 2 pointed peppers
5 - 6 tomatoes
2 - 3 eggs
Salt, pepper, chilli powder, rosemary, thyme

Chop the onion and pepper and roast in the pan. Dice tomatoes and also in the pan. Puree spices and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, let the eggs in and let it stand.

We also have home-baked bread.

You can Menemen also good for breakfast on weekends. Something different, and the tomatoes are also gone.
