Christmas Limes
Magic Christmas aroma on the palate and Christmas spirit in the brain - the Christmas Limes - a small, fine souvenir and last-minute gift for Christmas!
I've made a lot of it right now, so that not all gifts are zam'g'soffen until Christmas Eve, as delicious as it tastes.
preparation
- 1.5 kg TK berry mixture and
- Puree the juice of three lemons,
- Mix 160 g sugar, 1 tsp gingerbread spice and 200 ml hot water until the sugar has dissolved,
- to the berry lamp and plow through the blender again properly.
- Add 0.7 l of vodka, mix well again.
Actually, the liquid delicacy (or delicious liquid?) Is already edible, but you should take the trouble, even if it takes a while, and sweep the Limes through a sieve - the cores disturb otherwise the enjoyment.
Bottles are bottled and given away or you can drink it yourself ;-), it lasts about six weeks in the fridge.
