Cheese Yogurt Cream Pie

- 6 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 tablespoons hot water
- 125 g lunar amine
- 125 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- 500 g quark (I take cream quark)
- 500 g of yogurt
- 600 g cream (3 cups)
- 18 sheets or 3 sachets of gelatine
- 1 can of peach
- Peach juice to taste (I take all the juice)

- Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the water until frothy, add 2/3 of the sugar and the vanilla sugar and stir until creamy. Beat the egg whites into firm snow, gradually adding the remaining sugar.
- Mix flour, lunar amine and baking powder and sift into the dough. Add the whipped egg whites and fold carefully, do not stir.
- Cover the bottom of the springform pan with baking paper, grease the edge and dust with flour. Fill in the dough. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
- After the cake has cooled, cut once and place the bottom on a cake plate with a cake ring.
