Strawberry and coconut jam

Since my favorite jam is strawberry and I really like coconut, I made a slightly different twist this time and it's very tasty. I know the recipe is more strawberry time, but it did not come to an end sooner.
ingredients
- 750 g strawberries
- 200 g coconut milk (creamy)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 500 g jam sugar 2: 1
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 10 g lemon juice
preparation
- Chop the strawberries well in the blender for about 15 seconds.
- Then place the strawberries in a pot and mix in all the other ingredients and simmer for about 14 minutes over medium heat.
- Fill the jam in hot rinsed glasses and let cool.
