Greek frappe

During my last holiday in Kos, I drank this tasty frappe several times a day. On the last day, I begged the waiter to show me how to do it. And I was lucky, he revealed his secret.

Add 2 teaspoons of Nescaffee and a tsp of sugar to a latte jar. To taste more or less sugar, that's enough for me. Then add a shot glass of cold water and stir everything with the small battery-operated Minimilchaufschäumer until a creamy mass is formed. Then you fill the glass half with very cold water, the other half with very cold milk.

Super delicacies also taste it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and the very slender can still enjoy whipped cream on top.
