Chicken on the outside crispy, juicy on the inside

You take:
1 whole chicken (fresh or frozen) cuts it into wings and breast etc.

Then mix about 3-4 spoonful of mayo with some paprika, curry and salt (you can also take the finished chicken wort salt).

The whole is then brushed on chicken before baking. After about 20 minutes repeat again. Finished.


I add to the chicken potato district, about which I still give blanched mushrooms.

Or douse potato quarters with a tomato sauce that goes like this:

Put 2 cans of pizza tomato in a bowl, season with pepper, salt, oregano, basil, garlic.

Then this sauce over the potatoes.
