Witch cake - great for children's birthday parties

Here is a recipe for a simple and fast-cooked cake that we loved as children (and still do). My niece baptized him "witch cake" sometime (because of the green cream). Great for a birthday party.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pck of green jello
  • 1 cup of whipped cream (and possibly cream stabilizer)
  • 1 pie base

That's how it's done:

  1. Boil the jelly, but take only 1/4 L of water (according to the package, I think it is 1/2 L)
  2. Half the pudding.
  3. Beat the cream until stiff and mix with the semi-firm pudding.
  4. Put the green cream on the cake bottom and let it solidify, ready!

My mother then often labeled the cake with food coloring on our children's birthday parties.

Of course you can do it with different colored jellies, but we always liked the green most. Maybe because of the "poisonous" color.
