Simple ice cream without ice cream maker

I still had quark left over from baking cake on Saturday. I did not want to leave it in the fridge too long. Then I thought, what else can you do with it except for a creamy quark dish?
Then I came up with the idea of making an icecream to match the season and the current weather. I then looked around my kitchen and the other cupboards, which I can still use. Then this creative recipe emerged:
ingredients
- about 500 g quark
- 500 g of natural yoghurt
- 1 sachet of paradise cream vanilla
- 1 sachet of jello (raspberry, cherry or woodruff) I used cherry
preparation
Mix everything together and place in a suitable box and freeze. You can enjoy the ice cream after a few hours or the next day.
Unfortunately, it was not creamy enough for me. Maybe you should stir it a few times during the freezing process. Or maybe someone has an idea what I could have done better or different?
