Dandelion flower jelly too thin - versatile
Although I already have more than fifty years kitchen experience, sometimes things go wrong with me. Now it was the dandelion flower jelly again. Although I kept the recipe very carefully, the stuff got too thin.
It tastes fantastically good and I already know how to use it.
For example, sprinkle on pancakes or on the rice pudding or mix with yogurt and dice with cube or soak the breakfast roll or just enjoy a spoonful of pure sore throat.
