Today we had an appetite for something spicy, fiery and that's when I got the idea with the chicken skewers.

I prepared them in the style of meat-shashliks and seasoned them fiery. Together with the colorful pasta we had a delicious lunch.

I recommend you to cook / treat these chicken skewers. It's really worth it. Furthermore, they are also very good for grilling, but then the spicy sauce is not there and should be replaced by a corresponding barbecue sauces.

I wish you a lot of fun cooking and having a good appetite!

Ingredients for 4 skewers

  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 red, orange and yellow pepper each
  • 2 onions
  • Spice mixture consisting of freshly ground pepper, hot pepper, celery salt, some dried, chopped rosemary
  • 4 shashlik skewers
  • 1 tablespoon of green pepper
  • chopped smooth parsley
  • 150 ml poultry stock
  • Butter lard for frying
  • 100 ml of cream
  • green and bright tagliatelle

preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into suitable pieces, clean the peppers and cut them into pieces, peel the onion and cut into larger pieces as well.
  2. Now, the skewers are alternately stocked with peppers, meat and onions and powdered with the spice mixture and then fried in the pan in hot clarified butter all around.
  3. The leftover onions and the pieces of pepper are fried in a glassy pan in a second pan and set aside for a moment.
  4. Remove the fried skewers from the pan, pour the poultry stock into the pan, and then remove the gravy. Now the paprika and onion mixture can be stirred into the bottom and the tablespoon of green pepper is also added. Now fill with a dash of cream and put the skewers back into the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes at low heat.
  5. In the meantime boil the pasta water, salt and cook the pasta al dente. Then drain, heat some butter and a pinch of nutmeg in the pot and toss the noodles in it.
  6. Now add the sauce of the skewers and season with a little cornstarch and decorate the plates with the noodles and the meat.

The sauce over it and then may be eaten.

Good Appetite!
