Banana muesli cake without flour

- 5 big overripe bananas
- Juice of 1 lime
- 250 g curds
- 150 g muesli without sugar and raisins
- 100 g spelled semolina
- 1 pack of baking soda
- 1 pack of orange peel, grated
- 2 tbsp pomegranate powder (health food store)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp Xucker (xylitol) *
- Coconut fat and semolina for the baking pan
preparation
- Crush bananas with the potato masher.
- Add lime juice.
- Add cottage cheese and mix well.
- Stir in baking powder and muesli, then semolina.
- Mix well.
- Orange peel and pomegranate powder added.
- Add oil and stir well again.
- Beat eggs in extra bowl, stir with fork.
- Stir in the sugar.
- Add the egg mix to the banana mix.
- Mix both very well.
- Baking mold: Spring, box or silicone mold
- Grease and sprinkle semolina over it.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
- After baking, let stand in the oven for 10 minutes.
Tip:
The cake is sugar and low in fat and without flour. Therefore, he can be spiced up calorie, z. B. with a layer of jam or cream!
