Kekstorte

Cold dog, or as the Berliner says, cold muzzle, everyone knows. I have a recipe for a biscuit my mother-in-law always does. My husband loves it and I think many will be here too.

You need: 1 rectangular shape it is also a box shape for cakes, butter biscuits, 6 tablespoons sugar, 3 bags of custard powder vanilla is doing very well, 500 ml of milk, real cocoa, 125 g of butter, whipped cream.

Make the whole pudding with the 1/2 l of milk, according to instructions. The pudding quickly picks up, do not scare. Set the pudding aside and prepare the mold.

Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom of the mold. Now add the butter to the pot with the pudding and mix with the hand mixer until a nice, creamy consistency is obtained. Remove half of the pudding and place in another bowl, add the cocoa and mix. Now on the biscuits the custard - not too thick - distribute. On it a layer of biscuits. Now spread the chocolate pudding, followed by a layer of biscuits. Repeat this at least 5 - 6 times, or almost to the top of the form. The last layer has to be biscuit.

Now prepare the whipped cream according to the instructions and pour over the biscuits. If you have space, you can also distribute some of the whipped cream on the sides. To garnish a little cocoa powder through a sieve, done. Now in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy the meal.
