Against pimples on the nose
My principle: never squeeze on pimples that are not 100% "ripe"! Otherwise everything just gets more inflamed and the skin also looks totally red and even more inflamed.
When I realize one pimple it turns white, then I liberally grease it (Alfason Repair from Apo). Best in the evening before going to bed. Cream on it over the day. In the evening he will be so fat and white that you can easily express it.
Then gently squeeze with 2 cotton swabs. The part springs open and the pus or sebum from the blackhead comes out.
Then dab with disinfectant spray and DO NOT touch. Everything is fine the next morning.
