  • 24 pieces of apricot halves
  • 4 tbsp heated apricot jam
  • Butter and breadcrumbs for the baking tray

preparation

  1. All ingredients (except for the flour that has been sifted with the baking powder) with the hand blender.
  2. Add the flour and continue to mix until a thick mass emerges.
  3. Now the dough is spread on the baking sheet, covered with the apricot halves (cut surface above) and baked for about 30 minutes at 175 °.
  4. When the cake is ready baked, each comes a teaspoon of warm jam on the slightly sunken apricots.
