Light spinach lasagna

Here is my recipe for a low-calorie and low-fat spinach lasagna:

Ingredients for 4 persons)

  • 1 packet of chopped spinach (no creamed spinach)
  • Lasagna plates (wholemeal variant)
  • 400 ml of milk (0.3%)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (0.2%)
  • Dry herbs and pepper
  • Scattered cheese (max. 30% i.Tr.) or Feta light

preparation

  1. First, put the spinach in a saucepan and heat.
  2. Meanwhile, put the milk, cream cheese, herbs and some pepper in a pot and heat until the cream cheese has melted.
  3. Lay the bottom of a casserole dish with lasagne slices, spread the first layer of spinach on top, some sauce over it, next layer of lasagne plate on top, rest spinach and sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. For 25 - 30 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.

I really like it with a mix of cheese and feta!
