Freeze apples
Maybe this tip is not new, but today I got the first apples from my neighbor.
There is the first apple strudel, and after the fresh apples do not last long, the rest comes into the freezer.
Since the apples are not sprayed, I save the peeling, the bowls in the vortex do not disturb me.
The apples are chopped or sliced and come in portions as I need them in the freezer.
If necessary, allow to thaw briefly, do not thaw, so that you can mix them with sugar, cinnamon, etc. and the fullness for the next cake or strudel is ready.
The tip is especially for those who do not have their own apple trees, but get paid by nice neighbors and friends apples.
