Spanish style chicken with chorizo

ingredients
- 600g chicken breast
- 200g of chorizo
- 500g paprika tricolore
- 150g small tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 orange with edible shell
- 200g basmati
- 500ml poultry fund
- 50ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
preparation
- Cut the chicken into pleasing pieces.
- Cut the chorizo lengthwise and then cut thin slices.
- Clean the peppers clean from the inside and cut into about 4cm long strips.
- Skin and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
- Clean the orange and peel off the peel with a zestzer.
- Juice ½ orange.
- In a large saucepan (casserole), heat the olive oil and sauté the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from the pot.
- Add the onion and garlic cubes to the remaining cooking fat, add the pepper strips and add the O-juice. Steam the strips until firm and remove from the pan.
- Fry the chorizo in a tablespoon of olive oil and remove from the saucepan.
- Put the rice in the saucepan and add to the stock. Add the meat, vegetables and sausage to the rice, stir and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the tomatoes over it and place on the ground without lid in a preheated oven at 175 ° C O / U heat.
- After approx. 20-25 minutes, remove the pot from the oven, lids the lid and let it pass for a good 10 minutes.
