Spanish style chicken with chorizo

ingredients

  • 600g chicken breast
  • 200g of chorizo
  • 500g paprika tricolore
  • 150g small tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 orange with edible shell
  • 200g basmati
  • 500ml poultry fund
  • 50ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

preparation

  1. Cut the chicken into pleasing pieces.
  2. Cut the chorizo ​​lengthwise and then cut thin slices.
  3. Clean the peppers clean from the inside and cut into about 4cm long strips.
  4. Skin and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.
  5. Clean the orange and peel off the peel with a zestzer.
  6. Juice ½ orange.
  7. In a large saucepan (casserole), heat the olive oil and sauté the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from the pot.
  8. Add the onion and garlic cubes to the remaining cooking fat, add the pepper strips and add the O-juice. Steam the strips until firm and remove from the pan.
  9. Fry the chorizo ​​in a tablespoon of olive oil and remove from the saucepan.
  10. Put the rice in the saucepan and add to the stock. Add the meat, vegetables and sausage to the rice, stir and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  11. Spread the tomatoes over it and place on the ground without lid in a preheated oven at 175 ° C O / U heat.
  12. After approx. 20-25 minutes, remove the pot from the oven, lids the lid and let it pass for a good 10 minutes.
