Apple red cabbage completely fix
At Christmas there is traditionally goose or duck with us, of course with dumplings and red cabbage - that is the name of the red cabbage in Bavaria, as probably the "prizes" know.
But now I'm a comfortable person and I really have enough to do at Christmas, so I do not have to make the red cabbage myself (fans of the total fresh vegetables do not read on!). I just open a glass of red cabbage and heat it with apple juice and apple compote or-mus. Add a pinch of allspice. Bring it to a boil and let it rest for a few minutes, done. But beware: this is a pretty sweet and spicy thing, who does not like that, should keep away from it!
