Practically to water trees and shrubs

The attentive observer was probably already noticed that in the immediate vicinity of trees, thick hose ends / pipes protrude from the ground.

I have now adopted this idea for my trees and shrubs:

A vacuum cleaner or washing machine hose (can be found again and again on the bulky waste or free of charge on depots / waste points of the city) is buried next to the tree and pushed the hose close to the root. If this happens later, please make sure that the shoots are not damaged.

You let it protrude from the ground for an arbitrarily long piece and can now easily water by means of a hose or watering can close to the roots.

The water thus gets directly to the bale where it is absorbed and does not evaporate on the ground or trickle away on adjacent surfaces.
