Make raspberry sauce and freeze

Our raspberries in the garden are the force. Every year they carry plenty and, in addition, "free of maggots". Therefore, the sweet fruits are immediately processed and frozen. A large part of the fruit is frozen directly, the rest prepared as raspberry sauce.

Raspberry sauce can be made very quickly:

  1. Sugar raspberries and heat briefly, passing through sieve (Lotte fleet).
  2. After cooling, the finished sauce is filled into ice cube bags or ice cube trays and frozen.
  3. Does not need much space in the freezer and is always ready to use.
  4. When using, remove the appropriate amount.
  5. Thawed or frozen with ice or desserts. Tastes heavenly delicious!
