ingredients
For 4 people
- 500 gr. Minced meat
- 500 gr. Red, green, yellow pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 gr. Passed tomatoes
- 250 gr. Mushrooms (2nd choice)
- 1 bag Bolognese fix
- Ketchup
- Cayenne pepper
- curry powder
- tomato paste
- Tabasco or Sambal Olek (who likes it)
preparation
Basically we have a chili con carne here, but since I do not like red beans and corn, they are replaced by peppers and mushrooms.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the saucepan and add the diced onion. Add minced meat and roast crumbly. Then add the peppers cut into small cubes or strips.
- Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Pour in the passed tomatoes.
- Simmer everything, bolognese fix and season with cayenne pepper and curry. A little ketchup. For those who like it sharper Tabasco or Sambal Olek is added.
I eat toast. Noodles or rice are also a good match.
