ingredients

For 4 people

  • 500 gr. Minced meat
  • 500 gr. Red, green, yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 gr. Passed tomatoes
  • 250 gr. Mushrooms (2nd choice)
  • 1 bag Bolognese fix
  • Ketchup
  • Cayenne pepper
  • curry powder
  • tomato paste
  • Tabasco or Sambal Olek (who likes it)

preparation

Basically we have a chili con carne here, but since I do not like red beans and corn, they are replaced by peppers and mushrooms.

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the saucepan and add the diced onion. Add minced meat and roast crumbly. Then add the peppers cut into small cubes or strips.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Add 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste. Pour in the passed tomatoes.
  3. Simmer everything, bolognese fix and season with cayenne pepper and curry. A little ketchup. For those who like it sharper Tabasco or Sambal Olek is added.

I eat toast. Noodles or rice are also a good match.
