pear Cream Pie

Ingredients soil:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 130 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 70 g lunar amine

Preparation soil:

  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with the water, stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Put the egg yolk, add flour, cornflour and baking powder in a sieve, mix and put everything under the egg / sugar mass - do not stir!
  2. All in a 26 spring form, which was previously greased and floured. Bake the bottom at 180 top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes, not to darken. Gar test with wooden sticks.
  3. After baking, allow to cool and split in half (goes well with strong twine, which is placed around the center of the floor and crosses over in front).

Ingredients pear cream filling:

  • 1 glass of pear brandy or pear juice depending on your taste
  • 800 g of canned pears (2 cans) (I recommend a good variety, cheap products are often still hard, fresh in the fall, of course)
  • 4 cups of cream a 200 g
  • 4 pck
  • 4 pck vanilla sugar
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Decoration:

  • 50 g dark chocolate for the cake border
  • 2 more chocolates to drüberreiben

Completion:

  1. First whip 2 cups of cream with 2 creams and 2 vanilla sugar.
  2. Melt 150 g of chocolate in a bain-marie and put it under the whipped cream.
  3. Drizzle the bottom with the schnapps and / or juice and cover with about half of the pears (cut in columns, 1 half = 3 columns).
  4. Now distribute the chocolate cream and loosely top up the second bottom.
  5. Beat the remaining 2 cups of cream with vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer and spread on top of the cake, all around.
  6. Now cut the remaining pears into slices and distribute them on the cake.
  7. Again, dissolve about 50 g of chocolate in a water bath and coat with a cake spatula around the cake.
  8. Grate some chocolate shavings over the cake and the good piece is ready.

The cake tastes great if she was allowed to spend a night in the fridge.

In the picture it is a cake heart and lack of enough chocolate, I rasbed a Krokantosterei over it.
