Jelly dissolves easily from the mold

Jelly made from fruit juice, wine jelly or the good old jello sometimes have a tendency to stick in the mold. Simply oil, then it will slip.

We are pleased when the wine jelly or the jello is successful and wants to overthrow it.

This is sometimes not so easy because the jelly tends to buckle.

One method would be to put the mold in hot water. But it can happen that too much jelly becomes liquid.

It simply works like this:

Just a few drops of oil - as little as possible - on a paper towel and thus rub out the form inside. Then fill in the jelly and let it solidify in the fridge.

Drive along the edge with a sharp, pointed knife between form and jelly - and you can easily topple the dessert on a plate.
