  • 175ml Fanta
  • 1 can of peaches
  • 1 can of apricots
  • 500g sour cream
  • 600g cream
  • 2 P. cream stabilizer
  • 5 p. Vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon.

preparation

Place eggs in a mixing bowl. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and stir until frothy. Mix the flour with baking powder and stir it spoonful by the spoonful. Pour sunflower oil and Fanta over the dough and stir the dough smooth.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C. Spread the dough on a well-greased baking sheet and place on the middle tray for approx. 20 min. golden yellow baking. Let Fanta cool on the baking tray. For the sour cream, first pour peaches and apricots into a sieve and drain. Cut peaches and apricots into small cubes. Smooth in a large bowl of sour cream with 2 bags of vanilla sugar. Whip cream with whipped cream with 3 bags of vanilla sugar and stir in the sour cream. Lift peaches and apricots under the sour cream.

Spread the sour cream on the cake and place in the refrigerator until served.
