Chicory Knöpfle pan

A very fast and light dish, which without ham is certainly also suitable for vegetarian cuisine.
Ingredients for 3 to 4 servings
- 500 g fresh knöpfle
- 500 g chicory
- 1 onion
- 3 - 4 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 150 g ham cubes
- a little salt, pepper and oregano
- Butter or oil for searing
- something sour
preparation
- First, the fresh Knöpfle are fried on a coated pan in butter or vegetable oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, the onion is peeled and diced and the chicory cut into fine strips.
- Then the chicory strips, onion cubes and the chopped tomatoes are added and the whole is fried for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the ham cubes and the paprika cut into small pieces, season everything with pepper, salt and oregano and fry for about 5 minutes, then the chicory puff pastry pan can be served with some sour cream.
