Alsatian Tarte - Rucki-Zucki ready

- 200 g of flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
- 125 ml of water
- 1 cup of Creme Fraiche (Schmand or Creme Double)

- 2-3 onions
- diced bacon

- 200 g of flour, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt and 125 ml of water are kneaded into a dough. He must not stick and should then roll out nice and thin.
- Mix a cup of cream fraiche (or sour cream or cream double) with a small sip of cream, pepper, salt and possibly nutmeg. This will coat the dough.
- The cream comes then 2-3 sliced onions and diced, streaky bacon (there are packaged in the refrigerated counter).
- The whole thing comes at the highest stage in the preheated oven and stays there for about 15 minutes under observation.
- When the dough is crispy, get out with the flatbread and you're done!
This fits Federweisser or cool white wine or light red wine, but also beer. For the delicate mind, a glass of milk or soda.
