Asparagus with a difference - easy to prepare and very tasty:

750 g asparagus (green and / or white)
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 bunch of spring onions
butter
1 ready made pizza dough (refrigerated shelf)
200 g of cooked ham
1 bag of cream of asparagus
200 ml of cream
2 eggs
pepper

Peel the asparagus, cut off woody ends, cut into pieces of about 3 cm, cook with sugar and salt in boiling water until crispy, drain.


In the meantime, wash the spring onions, cut into rings and sauté briefly in a little butter.

Line the pizza dough with a greased springform pan, prick the dough with a fork and top with the ham.

Mix the contents of the asparagus cream soup with the cream, the eggs and pepper, drained asparagus pieces and spring onions. Then pour the whole on the ham in the springform pan and bake the cake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Serve warm (but it also tastes cold or reheated), a dry white wine fits very well.
