Chili con carne with beans and corn

ingredients
- 500 g mixed hack
- 1 large tin of peeled tomatoes in tomato juice
- 2 cans of kidney beans
- 1 can of corn
- more or less fresh chili peppers, finely chopped, as desired
- 4 toes of garlic
- 2 onions
- tomato paste
- Any amount of herbs, e.g. Italian
preparation
- Let a large pot of olive oil get hot.
- Fry the minced meat in it crumbly.
- Fry the chopped onions, garlic and chillies.
- Season with pepper and some of the herbs.
- Then add the tomatoes and bring to a boil.
- The poured beans and the corn in addition.
- Now simmer for at least 2 hours over medium heat and at the end bind with tomato paste to the desired consistency. If it gets too dry, just add some water.
- In the end, season with salt and pepper and, if necessary, even more chilli and especially the herbs.
Important: only salt at the end otherwise the beans are not really soft.
This fits very well rice or fresh baguette. It tastes best the next day warmed up.
