Sauerkraut pasta dish

Something super delicious, even if you mix the pasta / sauerkraut possibly "funny" occurs. Try it, it's worth it!
ingredients
- 100 g bacon (bacon)
- 1 tbsp normal oil (or a little more)
- 2 small onions
- 500 g of sauerkraut
- 1/4 L clear broth (or a little more)
- Penne pasta (tastes best)
- 250 g creme fraiche
- Salt pepper
preparation
- Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil in a pan or saucepan and fry the bacon for a short time.
- Add the finely diced onions and sauté. Add the sauerkraut and briefly fry.
- Pour broth, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Cook noodles in salted water until firm.
- Stir creme fraiche under the sauerkraut, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Then mix the noodles. Finished!
