Potato wedges with quark

Today I made potato wedges with quark. Arrived great at home. The things go so fast and taste really good.
ingredients
For the potatoes
- 1 kg of firming potatoes
- 2 toes of garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Rosemary, salt and pepper
For the quark
- 500 g of low-fat quark
- 150 g of natural yoghurt
- 100 ml of milk
- 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Garden herbs (parsley, dill, basil ... Jenachdem what is there :-))
- 3-4 radishes
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg
preparation
- Just wash the potatoes, do not peel and then quarter them.
- Place in a large bowl and cover with oil, crushed garlic and the chopped rosemary.
- Add salt and pepper, mix once until everything has spread and put in the oven for 40 minutes (200 ° C with convection air).
Quark
- Chop herbs, grate radish and mix everything.
- Taste it and try not to scrape everything right away!
