Remove grease splashes on the wall

Fettpritzer (furniture care oil) on the painted wall: I have tried this tip with baby powder, because the well-known tip with the hair dryer (you often find on the Internet) did not work for me.

This is how it's done:

Mix baby powder with a little water to a thin mass.
Apply to the grease stains (eg with a cotton or wooden stick) and allow to dry completely.
Brush the powder with a soft brush (eg an old toothbrush).
Repeat as necessary.

The result was outstanding! After applying 4 times, the small spots were gone and the big barely visible.
