Fresh strawberry cake also in winter

I love the very simple strawberry cake in the summertime only with sponge cake, fresh strawberries and cake sprinkles. This also works in other seasons, with a little trick with frozen strawberries, but tastes like made with fresh strawberries.
ingredients
- 1 fruit soil
- 1 - 1/2 bag of frozen strawberries
- 2 pck. Pastry with strawberry flavor
preparation
- Preparing exactly 4 hours before drinking coffee, I usually did it exactly at 11 o'clock.
- Place the fruit on a cake plate and sprinkle the frozen strawberries fresh out of the freezer.
- Immediately distribute the prepared cake according to the package instructions. It is important that the strawberries are completely covered (sealed) so that you can touch it a bit more. I always take 2 x cake with strawberry flavor, the rest comes away.
- Then just let it sit until it's time to drink coffee without cooling, and then slice it just before serving.
If the schedule and other conditions are met, you'll have a fresh, tasty strawberry cake during coffee time, just like in summer. However, he does not last as long as fresh cake the next day.
Instead of the usual whipped cream, you can just whip up 1 cup of sour cream with 1 vanilla sugar with the blender, (do not get as stiff as whipped cream). Thats so yummy.
